Cylinder use precautions
1. The gas in the cylinder should not be used up, and the residual pressure of no less than 0.05MP should be retained.
2. The distance between the cylinder and the open flame should be no less than 10 meters, and the cylinder should not be near the heat source or be exposed to the sun. It should be stored in a dry and cool place, and the gas cylinder should not be struck.
3, cylinder nozzle, inhaler, pressure gauge, and interface thread are strictly prohibited from (stained) grease.
4, the cylinder in transportation and loading and unloading, to close the valve, tighten the cap, gently move gently, do not collision sliding, throwing fall. During the movement, parking and use of the oxygen supplier, please pay attention to the protection of the cylinder and valve to prevent the cylinder from tipping over, so as not to cause damage to the accessories.
5. If air leakage is found during use, please close the cylinder valve immediately. Please don't fix it yourself. It is strictly prohibited to disassemble the parts on the cylinder valve, valve switch, pressure gauge and other valves without permission.
6. Users are strictly prohibited from filling oxygen without permission. The cylinder inflation pressure shall not exceed the specified pressure, and overloading is strictly prohibited. The gas cylinder shall be inspected once every 3 years, and can be continued to be used after passing the test. The inspection shall be carried out in the inflating unit.
Precautions
Cylinders are prohibited from striking strongly.
The cylinder valve should be closed and placed in a safe position when the cylinder is not in use.
